Daisy- Holstein
Daisy-May is a 4-year-old polled Holstein. Daisy birthed her first calf Porter right here on our farm in April 2024.
FUN FACT: Holsteins are most commonly black and white but can also be red and white.
Honey- A2/A2 Brown Swiss
Honey is a 5-year-old Pure breed A2/A2 Brown Swiss. Honey is our largest cow but the biggest scaredy cat. Honey is due to ring in the new year with a calf.
FUN FACT: Brown Swiss has an ideal fat to protein ration which is great for cheese making!
Leche
Leche is a 4ish year-old Holstein. Leche is the newest addition to our farm in December 2024. Leche's calf is Daiya who will hopefully be a future dairy cow for our farm.
FUN FACT: Holstein cows produce more pounds of milk than any other dairy breed.
